Drones for Roof Inspections
When a roof is too steep or unaccessible, a drone may be used for the roof inspections. The drone is controlled by the home inspector and used to take pictures of the roof. In many cases, these photos are more accurate than if the inspector had climbed the roof and done a visual inspection!
This house, built in 1910, has an original slate roof. The home is in the Baltimore area. Additional pictures courtesy of Pro-Spex Home Inspections
